As a Deputy Manager, this role offers: An excellent chance to progress into home management – supporting the manager while also getting to work in the office and lead on the care floor. Excellent chances for progression and training. We offer free or subsidised training and NVQs. We also believe in promoting our own, with many of our senior staff having come up through the ranks or moving between homes in the Group. Market leading pay rates. The successful applicant will have the following responsibilities: Assisting with administrative work in the care home. Staff leadership & management, rota planning, medication management, audits. Generally being the Manager's eyes and ears on the care floor. What we provide: Extremely competitive rates of pay. Full training in the role to become a great Deputy Manager.
