Care Oversight : Lead the implementation, monitoring, and review of Care Plans and Behaviour Support Plans. Team Development : Mentor and support junior staff, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment. Compliance : Ensure adherence to Children’s Home Regulations (2015) and all safeguarding practices. Collaboration : Work with professionals, families, and other stakeholders to meet the needs of the children. Strong understanding of Children’s Home Regulations (2015) and safeguarding requirements. Full UK driving license. Skills & Attributes Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in managing challenges.
