Strong understanding of Children’s Home Regulations (2015) and safeguarding requirements. Full UK driving license. Skills & Attributes Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in managing challenges. Checks & References Enhanced DBS Disclosure Check. Satisfactory employment and character references covering the last five years. On Offer Salary : £32,500 to £39,500 per annum.
