Deputy Manager

passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of young people while helping to develop a growing service. Do you have? Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (Level 5 preferred). Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in residential care. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commitment to delivering child-centered care and supporting young peoples development. Solid understanding of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding practices. A valid driving license. Ability to work a variable shift pattern across 7 days.
