Provide leadership and support to the team in the residential provision. Ensure the wellbeing and development of the young people in care. Understand and implement necessary legislative frameworks and Ofsted requirements. Participate in the Profit Sharing Scheme available to all staff members. Conduct 2/3 sleep-ins a week, with the advertised salary accounting for an average of 8 sleep-ins per month. Work an average of 39 hours per week on a rota basis, with some flexibility required. Minimum Requirements:
At least 2 years experience in a leadership role within a Children's Residential provision. Level 3 qualifications in Residential Childcare. Willingness to work towards Level 5 in Leadership & Management if not currently held. Proven track record of understanding legislative frameworks and a good knowledge of Ofsted. A full UK driving licence. You will receive £38,000 - £42,000 per annum.
