Responsibilities: As the Deputy Manager, you will ensure the level of care provided goes beyond just professional standards and statutory, regulatory, and legal requirements. This includes:
Providing specialist support and advice. Taking responsibility for resident care in the Home Manager's absence. Supervising and coaching colleagues to provide a service that is unparalleled in its empathy for resident issues.
