Deputy Manager | Small Elderly Nursing Home
Salary: £49,000 per annum
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Hours: 40 hours
Qualification: RGN or RMN nursing pin essential
Remit Compass Associates are working with a valued client who have a fantastic opportunity for a Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager to work in their nursing home based near the Worthing area. This home provides care for nursing and dementia residents. The successful candidate will need to have previous experience of working in a nursing home environment, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, nurse management experience as well as having excellent teaching and mentoring skills.
The Candidate This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead, Clinical Services Manager or Deputy Manager looking for a new challenge with a caring and quality-focused provider. The candidate is required to have an active NMC pin and have previous experience in the nursing care home and a passion for elderly and dementia care.
Requirements
Qualified Nurse (RGN or RMN) essential 2 years + experience working as a Clinical Lead or Deputy desirable Nursing home experience desirable but the client would consider a Clinical Manager from an NHS or Community background if the candidate can demonstrate strong leadership skills and managerial experience Elderly/Dementia Nursing experience Genuine passion for elderly care
Interview Process There is a 2 stage interview process: Stage 1 - Interview with the Home Manager Stage 2 - Formal interview with Home Manager & Regional Director
Location This role is based near the Worthing area and is easily commutable from Findon, Lancing, Shoreham by Sea, Angmering, Lewes, Storrington, Steyning, Littlehampton and Arundel.
