The Ideal Candidate A highly qualified Mathematics teacher with a proven track record of success. A minimum of 5 years' experience teaching Mathematics in a secondary school setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide colleagues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with staff, students, and parents. A passion for Mathematics and the ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of curriculum developments.
