We are looking for an inspiring and experienced Deputy Medical Director - Urgent Care to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of urgent care services within the Severnside Integrated Urgent Care (IUC) service. In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care, while also contributing to the development of our services. Main Duties of the Job
Reporting to the Medical Director, you will be responsible for providing medical leadership across a range of services, including traditional Out-of-Hours, plus frailty, paediatric, and mental health, and more. You will work closely with senior leaders to oversee the clinical governance of Severnside, drive service innovation, and represent BrisDoc in key external partnerships.
