Proven clinical experience in a nursing home environment. Active NMC pin - RGN, RMN or RNLD. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to create and maintain accurate care plans and medication records. Flexibility to cover out of hours when needed.
