Maintain a consistently high standard of clinical and social care. Writing, reviewing, and updating clinical policies and procedures as appropriate. Shadow the Nurse manager and cover for the Nurse Manager when needed. Support the financial effectiveness of the home, ensuring the home operates within budget through effective use of resources and identifying areas to improve efficiency. What we’re looking for: You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse, or Learning disability nurse. 6+ months of Nurse experience. A Valid NMC Pin.
