We are looking for an experienced RGN, RNLD, or RMN Registered Nurse, to work as Deputy Home Manager. The role will include 11 supernumerary hours and 3 days leading on the floor.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working 4 days per week on day shifts.
The salary as Deputy is negotiable on experience, £23.50-£24.50ph.
The annual salary is up to £56,000 pa, working 44 hours per week.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse, with elderly care and supervisory experience within a nursing home environment.
We are looking for someone with excellent clinical skills including peg feeds, wound, and catheter care.
You will be managing a team of Nurses and Care staff, assisting the Home Manager in running the service, and leading by example, training and coaching staff, and ensuring high standards of care are adhered to.
