You will work closely with a highly motivated team that focuses on providing the highest quality care to a diverse residents day to day residents take part in meaningful individualized activities and provide support for social inclusion. Carry out administration of medicines according to policy and procedure. Keep clear and accurate records at all times. Provide clinical care where this is required. You must be a fully qualified General Nurse, Mental health nurse or Learning disability nurse. 6+ months of Nursing/ Charge Nurse experience. You must have a valid NMC registration.
