The role: Supervise and lead nursing staff, ensuring smooth daily operations. Oversee training and development of nursing personnel, conducting performance evaluations. Coordinate and oversee patient care plans, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Monitor and assess residents' health status, assisting in clinical decision-making and problem resolution. Foster effective communication among healthcare team members and collaborate with other departments. Ensure compliance with care home policies and procedures, implementing and enforcing safety protocols. Manage nursing resources efficiently, participating in budget planning and control.
What we’re looking for: NMC Registered Experience working in a care home environment.
