Work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times between 8am and 9am. The Deputy Nurse Manager role involves: Leading and supporting the nursing and care team to ensure high-quality care. Assisting the Home Manager in maintaining compliance with CQC standards. Overseeing the delivery of person-centred care for residents with dementia and nursing needs. Managing staff schedules and ensuring adequate staffing levels. Participating in shared on-call responsibilities. Implementing care plans and ensuring they are followed. Providing training and mentorship to nursing staff. Package and Benefits:

The Deputy Nurse Manager position offers:

Annual salary of approximately £51,000. £24.50ph plus breaks. Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with flexible start times. Opportunities for professional development and training. The ideal Deputy Nurse Manager will have:

Active NMC pin number. Experience as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN). Strong general nursing skills and elderly care experience. Supervisory experience in a healthcare setting. Commitment to maintaining high care standards and compliance.
