If you are passionate about leadership and providing compassionate care, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What We’re Looking For Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid NMC PIN. Proven experience in a senior nursing role (such as clinical lead, unit manager or deputy nurse manager), within a nursing home setting. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of care planning, medication management, and CQC regulations. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care, with a focus on promoting dignity and respect for residents. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and colleagues. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and support a team of nurses and care staff, ensuring high-quality, person-centred care is provided. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring, and expertise to the team, supporting their professional development. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including CQC standards, and drive continuous improvement in care practices. Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to promote residents’ well-being and meet their individual needs.
