Your Journey As a Deputy Manager, alongside our Nursery Managers, you are at the heart of our organisation. To deputise in the absence of your Nursery Manager, you will need to be great at creating a collaborative, welcoming setting. Success in your nursery starts with the team you build, develop, and maintain to provide high-quality care for each child. An engaged team will create a nurturing bond with our families, starting with their child at the center. You will take responsibility for the quality in your setting, staff attendance, and building your setting’s occupancy.
