To deputise in the absence of your Nursery Manager, you will need to be great at creating a collaborative, welcoming setting. Success in your nursery starts with the team you build, develop, and maintain to provide high-quality care for each child. An engaged team will create a nurturing bond with our families, starting with their child at the center. You will take responsibility for the quality in your setting, staff attendance, and building your setting’s occupancy.
