Design and maintain engaging and stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration and creativity. Build positive relationships with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child's development and daily activities. Develop and deliver appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and social development. Adapt activities and approaches to meet the diverse needs of all children, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunities for everyone. Create an inclusive environment that respects and celebrates diversity among children, including cultural, linguistic, and individual differences. Requirements: NVQ level 2 or 3 in Early Years/Childcare development Experience as a nursery manager/deputy manager preferred. Previous experience working with young children in a nursery. Familiarity with the EYFS framework Awareness of special educational needs and how to support children with diverse learning requirements.
