Deputy Nursery Manager
at our
Cedars Day Nursery in Leighton Buzzard
on a
full-time, fixed-term basis
(37.5 hours a week) with shifts between 07:00am-18:30pm, Monday-Friday, all-year-round. We are seeking a very special person for this supernumerary leadership role. Someone who: Holds an early years qualification at level three or above and has demonstrable experience of working in a leadership role in a nursery setting. Has excellent knowledge of the EYFS and statutory requirements and can inspire a large team to deliver outstanding outcomes for children. Can support the Nursery Manager to meet targets relating to occupancy, revenue, and staff retention, and assume overall responsibility for the nursery in the manager’s absence. Will uphold exemplary levels of customer care and promote the company values at all times. Just some of the benefits we offer include: An annual salary of £32,175-£36,621 (when working 37.5 hours).
