• Have autonomy to lead and progress the nursery and be instrumental in its continued growth and success.
• Deliver a high standard of childcare for all children.
• Communicate productively with pupils, colleagues, and parents to lead staff and represent the nursery to prospective and current parents.
• Keeping a record of the children's progress to share with the parents and other carers.
• Provide professional support and guidance to the nursery team and work collaboratively to implement high quality learning opportunities.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
