- Communicate productively with pupils, colleagues, and parents to lead staff and represent the nursery to prospective and current parents.
- Keeping a record of the children's progress to share with the parents and other carers.
- Provide professional support and guidance to the nursery team and work collaboratively to implement high quality learning opportunities.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.
