We are seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Room Leader to join a unique Forest School nursery in Horsforth (LS18). This full-time role is perfect for someone who loves working in nature-rich environments, inspiring young children to explore, learn, and grow.

What You'll Do:

Support the Room Leader in overseeing daily activities and staff. Plan and deliver exciting, nature-based learning experiences for children. Ensure high-quality care and a safe, nurturing environment. Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Help manage staff ratios, room organization, and resources.

What We're Looking For:

A Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential). At least 2 years of Early Years experience. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. Passion for outdoor learning and child development. A proactive, caring, and enthusiastic attitude.
