Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Clinical Lead / Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join a developing care provider based in South Wales. The Owners are looking for a Deputy Nurse Manager to support the Registered Manager in the running of the service and management of staff. The role will be management hours Monday to Friday, with oversight of the home manager as required, support and training of clinical staff, and ensuring the clinical compliance of the home.

We are looking for someone who has: 3+ years in a clinical lead / deputy management role Good understanding of CIW and care standards Experience in care planning and assessments Leadership experience
