The post holder will co-ordinate and participate in the day to day management of the pharmacy. They will also co-ordinate training and development of other staff, providing professional and managerial advice to these staff when necessary. The post holder will utilise opportunities for the personal development of staff in line with operational service requirements, embed a learning culture focussing on both professional and personal developments for colleagues, coach and mentor the team to ensure engagement in achieving success. Qualifications
Qualified and Registered Pharmacist with GPhC Clinical pharmacy diploma or equivalent Experience
Previous experience in a community pharmacy as a qualified Pharmacist. Experience of managing services and people. Ability to work accurately and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail Experience of management of change processes and implementation of service development projects Previous experience of hospital pharmacy Knowledge
Sound understanding of current pharmacy/NHS issues Ability to work accurately and efficiently with a high level of attention to detail Able to interpret and analyse data/information and make an informed judgement based on it.
