We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Deputy Practice Manager on a permanent, full-time basis at Glastonbury Surgery.
This opportunity will suit an experienced manager with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day operational management and service delivery of our well-respected practice.
The diverse and varied role will suit someone that is self-motivated and enjoys a challenging, yet rewarding role, and at times, work under pressure to maintain high standards of service delivery and good patient outcomes.
Although experience of working in general practice is desirable, we welcome applications from experienced operational managers who can demonstrate that they have the skills in the areas required.
