Permanent Our client is looking for a Deputy Principal Scientist to join their organics team. Responsibilities:
Method development from scratch ensuring smooth introduction into routine use Identify potential issues Improve and develop new procedures Provide marketing literature on new methodologies Good knowledge of instrument software Train other members of the team Keep up to date with relevant legislation and ensure new and existing methodologies meet the required specifications Requirements:
Degree or equivalent in a related subject area Experience and knowledge of analytical and instrumentation techniques (GC, GCMS, LCMS) Experience in the development and validation of methods to meet the requirements of ISO 17025 Experience in training and assessing competency Technical background with ability to troubleshoot instruments Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to evaluate critically and draw conclusions from scientific and other data
