Your role will involve assisting & supporting the home manager team in day to day duties & the staff within the home Be a lead team member whilst on shift Work with the young people to ensure all their needs are met Assist and supervise reporting and reviews Be a positive role model for other members of the team For the Deputy role you must: Have worked in a young persons residential care setting for a minimum of 3 years ideally within a deputy manager position Have an NVQ level 3 in Residential Care with Children and Young people’s workforce.
