Our Client is searching for a deputy manager for their children's home. They are looking for someone to take responsibility for delegated areas of management tasks supporting the Registered Manager. The role: You will be responsible for operational day-to-day management of the home ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Carrying out the relevant administrative work, reporting, and scheduling. You will be supporting the children in their everyday activities. Requirements: You must have experience of working with children/young people. Passionate, confident, and good relationship management skills. Applicants must have NVQ level 3 in Residential Childcare or above as well as a valid driving licence. Driving Licence (required) NVQ level 3 in Residential Childcare (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Residential children/young people's home: 1 year (preferred) Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Work Location:
