Our Client is searching for a deputy manager for their children's home. They are looking for someone to take responsibility for delegated areas of management tasks supporting the Registered Manager. The role: You will be responsible for operational day to day management of the home ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Carrying out the relevant administrative work, reporting and scheduling. You will be supporting the children in their everyday activities. Requirements: You will have to have experience of working with children/young people. Passionate, confident and good relationship management. Applicants must have NVQ level 3 in Residential Childcare or above as well as a valid driving licence. Driving Licence (required) NVQ level 3 in Residential Childcare (required) Work authorisation: United Kingdom (required) Residential children/young people's home: 1 year (preferred) Benefits: Casual dress On-site parking Work Location:
