Role Overview:

As the Deputy Restaurant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations here.. You will work closely with the Restaurant Manager to ensure the seamless delivery of our exceptional dining experience, oversee staff training and development, and maintain the highest standards of guest service. Your leadership, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence will be crucial in upholding the restaurant’s esteemed reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of the restaurant’s operations.

- Ensure an outstanding guest experience by maintaining high standards of service and hospitality.

- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal coverage and efficient operations.

- Monitor and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and hygiene standards.

- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

- Support inventory management, including ordering and stock control.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of service protocols and procedures.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and coordination.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within a high-end or Michelin-starred restaurant.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable dining experiences.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry.

- A passion for fine dining and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
