Role Details:
Role: Deputy Shop Manager
Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary: £11.92 per hour (£13,051pa, pro rata of FTE)
Location: Unit 8 Lime Square, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 1DA
What will you do as our Deputy Shop Manager?
Support the Shop Manager to proactively drive sales and profit.
Assist in the recruitment, management, and motivation of a team of dedicated volunteers.
Sort and process stock, deal with customers, maintain high visual standards, and run the shop in the manager’s absence.
Our ideal Deputy Shop Manager:
Manager or supervisor with previous retail experience.
A confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers.
Hands-on and able to lead from the front with creativity to generate donations.
Energetic and enthusiastic personality who believes in teamwork.
Previous experience working in the Charity sector is desirable but not essential.
