Outpatients Nurse

About the Role As an Outpatients Nurse, you'll take the lead in delivering exceptional care across our four sites, working flexibly to meet the needs of our diverse patient community. We're seeking an individual with the passion and creativity to implement positive change, combined with the skills to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of clinics. Your leadership and management expertise will enable you to inspire your team and effectively manage resources while ensuring outstanding patient care. Main Duties of the Job

Knowledge

First level Registered Nurse. Recognised teaching qualification. Demonstration of ongoing professional development. Further Training

Mandatory update. HR Training. Leadership programme. Sickness management. Experience

Flexible with diversity of role. Experience of leading and managing staff. Evidence of Outpatients experience. Contractual Requirements

Ability to work across all Trust sites. Demonstrate professionalism and patient advocacy. Ability to work flexibly within working hours of department. Disclosure and Barring Service Check
