Deputy Site Manager Responsibilities: Oversee erection, commissioning, testing, and maintenance of polar cranes. Coordinate a multi-disciplinary team to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality. Communicate daily with clients on project progress and technical issues. Ensure adherence to project management guidelines, budget, and provide regular internal reports. Supervise subcontractors and coordinate with the technical support team at headquarters. Requirements for the Deputy Site Manager: 10+ years in machinery industry and on-site activities. Degree in Mechanics/Electromechanics or Engineering. Ability to read technical drawings (mechanical/electrical). Strong communication and customer service skills.
