Distributing software to staff and students of the University and ensuring compliance with software licensing agreements. Acting as a second line of support for software-related issues, making sure issues are resolved quickly. Liaising with software suppliers and internal customers in University Schools and Colleges. Providing information and support on purchasing, renewing and maintaining licenses. Assisting with finance and budgeting tasks such as software procurement and cost recovery. Supporting the continual improvement of software-related processes. A bit about you:
Relevant experience of software licensing and management in a large organisation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Evidence of excellent attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills. Evidence of excellent written and oral communication skills, and inter-personal relationship development. £40,247 to £47,874 per annum (Grade 7)
