As our Deputy Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the Store Manager in daily operations and team development.
A Typical Day at Work: Kick off the day with a team briefing, setting goals and expectations. Be a point of contact for customers, helping them discover the products they love. Lead by example in product knowledge and customer service. Assist in maintaining the store's presentation and hygiene standards. Wrap up the day by strategising for tomorrow’s success. Key Responsibilities Include: Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and drive performance. Lead the team in absence of the Store Manager with confidence. Deliver memorable customer service that promotes loyalty. Encourage team training and development on products and customer interaction. Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, and visually appealing. Monitor financial performance and identify cost-effective solutions. Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory effectively. Who You Are: Passionate about delivering excellent customer service. Previous experience in retail management or a similar role. A results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A strong leader, able to inspire and motivate a diverse team. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
