As a Sales and Service Manager, you'll set a shining example of customer service and sales performance for your team. Using retail IT, building rapport, and handling customer service issues often all at once, your energy will make you an asset to the team (able to deputise for the manager when required), and you'll be looking at more senior roles before long.
