Role Overview

As a Deputy Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Manager in leading your team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve outstanding sales results. You will take ownership of the store in the manager's absence, maintaining impeccable standards, motivating the team, and ensuring operational excellence in line with company objectives. Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales Inspire and lead the team to exceed sales targets through exceptional service and active selling. Cultivate a customer-first culture, consistently exceeding customer expectations. Leadership & Team Development Step into the Store Manager's role during their absence, ensuring smooth operations and decision-making. Support the recruitment, training, and ongoing development of a high-performing team. Empower the team with strong product knowledge to maximise customer satisfaction. Operational Excellence Maintain exemplary standards in store presentation, visual merchandising, and housekeeping in line with company guidelines. Ensure accuracy in stock management through regular audits and effective organisation. Protect company assets by safeguarding cash, stock, equipment, and premises. Compliance & Safety Champion health and safety policies, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers and the team. Implement directives from the Retail Operations team and head office efficiently and effectively. Skills & Experience
