Deputy Team Manager Team: Community Mental Health Location: Bolton Rate: £36 Temp Deputy Manager required for a busy integrated community Mental Health team based in Bolton. Responsibilities: Must have experience at a Senior Social Worker level. Excellent understanding of the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and the Care Act. Be flexible and adaptable with the ability to problem solve. Support high-quality social care assessments for the residents of Bolton referred into the Community Mental Health Team. Work closely to support the Team Manager and staff within the team in conducting timely and robust assessments in line with the Care Act. Experience of MDT working, collaboration, and Strengths-based practice. Will be supported by and have regular liaison with the Head of Service for Mental Health.
