Apply relevant policies and statutory requirements within the ward and hospital framework of governance and communicate requirements to the wider team. Ensure that risk is assessed and managed across the immediate and wider working environment and that statutory requirements are met. Supervise a defined group of team members and contribute to their overall CPD, mandatory training, and appraisal process, recognizing the skills required across the team. A relevant nursing qualification NMC registration Experience as a senior nurse in a previous position. A positive attitude and a naturally caring and compassionate demeanor. Annual salary of £43,000 to £46,000.
