Establish systems for a multi-disciplinary approach to patient-centred care delivery, which builds on the philosophy of greater involvement of patients and their relatives/carers by using the Trusts patient and public involvement strategy. Qualifications
RGN Diploma and working towards or willing to work towards degree level Teaching/Mentorship Qualification Must be able to communicate in English language, both written and verbally appropriate to the post Speciality course or competencies in clinical skills relevant to the speciality of the ward First Level/Supervisory Management Qualification or Course Experience
Minimum of two years experience at Band 5 Proven experience of clinical leadership of a team and leading team through change Experience of mentoring Disclosure and Barring Service Check
