The Opportunity Within this role, you'll have a key involvement in the collection, analysis, and reporting of a wide range of performance data to identify key strengths and areas for development in the quality of education within your remit and aiding curriculum and apprenticeship teams with identified development. You'll actively assist curriculum and apprenticeship teams to ensure all delivery is compliant with Awarding Organisation (AO) requirements, College Policies and Procedures, and regulations. About You You'll be a proactive and knowledgeable professional with an in-depth understanding of the Ofsted inspection process and diverse educational areas, as well as awareness of the drivers for improving teaching, learning, and assessment. You'll excel in methodically collecting and analysing performance data relating to Teaching and Learning, demonstrating strong attention to detail skills. It is essential that you hold a teaching qualification and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders. The Benefits
