1:1 Teaching Assistant
to work in a Reception class. This role is an incredible opportunity to support a child with additional needs and help them thrive in their early education. Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement individualized learning strategies. Foster a nurturing and inclusive environment to encourage the childs confidence and independence. Is a team player, ready to work collaboratively with staff and families. Has relevant qualifications such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).
