About the Role As a SEND Teacher, you will: Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of pupils. Work collaboratively with support staff, therapists, and other specialists to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages confidence and independence. Implement and contribute to Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) for pupils. Monitor and assess pupils' progress, adapting teaching strategies to support their development. Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
