They are expanding & are looking for people to become Design Manager followed by a Senior Design Manager Key responsibilities for a Design Coordinator / Design Manager: Work with the Preconstruction team on tenders Work with the delivery team to identify areas of opportunity and risk Coordinate meetings with clients and the supply chain to develop robust designs Work with the QS and the site manager to deliver a profitable job on time, on budget, and snag-free Manage the process and ensure records are maintained Experience we are looking for from our new Design Coordinator / Design Manager: Worked for a contractor on projects up to £50M Experience in new build & refurbishment projects 3+ years of experience Passion for construction Willingness to learn and improve The Company: Established over 60 years ago, this family-focused main contractor prides itself on teamwork, both within the company as well as with clients and the supply chain.
