*The Role* As a Design Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering groundbreaking projects. Working alongside a multidisciplinary team, you'll create cutting-edge designs, solve complex technical challenges, and collaborate to bring ideas to life.

*Key Responsibilities* - Develop innovative designs from initial concept through to production. - Create detailed 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings using software like SolidWorks or CATIA. - Solve complex engineering problems with practical, manufacturable solutions. - Partner with internal teams and clients to understand project requirements and exceed expectations. - Optimize materials and manufacturing processes, including additive manufacturing and composites. - Support prototype development to ensure design intent is realized. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. - Stay updated with the latest engineering tools and technologies to improve design processes.

*About You* - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, or related field. - 2+ years of experience in a design engineering role, ideally in automotive, motorsport, or aerospace. - Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar). - Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including additive manufacturing and composites. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. - Knowledge of GD&T and FEA is a plus. - Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight deadlines.
