Due to further strategic expansion, an opportunity has now arisen for a Design Engineer to join them at their manufacturing facility in Lincolnshire, on a permanent basis. Key responsibilities in your new role as Design Engineer are as follows: Compiling product design drawings to satisfy customer requirements ensuring they are fit for manufacture. Providing practical solutions to problems on the shop floor. Liaising with all other relevant department personnel when needed. My client is keen to speak to people who can create/maintain drawing standard procedures and who have worked within a mechanical/product design position. Although not essential, a background of working within a fast-moving manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
