As our company and projects expand, we have an exciting opportunity for a Design Engineer to join our ever-growing team in our Design Office. The role will involve working on some of our primary whole-car design projects. Responsibilities

Delivering innovative engineering solutions. Design advanced models and drawings of a variety of car components and chassis design. Verification of designs through own calculations, analysis and CAE. Ensuring the success of the design from inception through to production. Liaise with the Chief Designer and Engineers to improve and confirm the design to achieve maximum car performance. Use theoretical knowledge of material science and mechanical engineering to resolve difficult problems. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking to bring a group of self-motivated team players together with an enthusiastic and positive attitude. You should be educated to BEng or MEng level in Motorsport, Automotive or Mechanical Engineering, and have good knowledge of 3D CAD, preferably CATIA V5. Knowledge of the latest manufacturing techniques and materials is essential, and you should have meticulous attention to detail and a practical approach to problem solving. You should have excellent interpersonal, relationship and team building skills, and share our determination to deliver the very best results. The ideal candidate should have at least two to three years of experience in a similar environment working in a competitive industry. You should pride yourself on your attention to detail and be capable of delivering a high standard of performance and quality whilst working to strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment.
