Monday to Friday – 8am – 4.30pm Capacity of role:
Permanent capacity Salary:
Up to £40,000 per annum
Our client is a well-respected and reputable business in the local area and they are currently recruiting for a Design Engineer to join their team within a permanent capacity. Applicants will need to have previous experience in a similar environment.
Main duties will include: Production of manufacturing and assembly drawings 3D Modelling working on Solidworks design package Producing BOMs for various departments Liaising with all departments in the business to ensure the smooth running of projects Understanding the engineering process, materials, and giving guidance where required to ensure a right first-time approach is met Reporting any issues and troubleshooting for the business
Candidate attributes: Applicants must be fully conversant with 3D packages, in particular Solidworks Previous experience with the design of Agricultural based, FMCG based product range Relevant industry qualification A driving licence is required due to the location of the business Ability to work using own initiative and with minimal supervision
