Bluegate have an exciting opportunity for a Semiconductor Design Engineer for our Oldham based client.
You will be highly qualified in the field of Physics and/or Electronics and be knowledgeable of Device Physics, Power Semiconductor Structures, and Design.
If you have a degree or higher in these areas and hands-on experience of semiconductor design, then this could be for you.
Necessary skills / background:
Must have a minimum of a degree in Physics or Electronics. Must have knowledge of Device Physics and Semiconductor Processes. Will have excellent communication skills and be able to analyze complex data.
Responsibilities: Design and development of new products and technologies. Product definition, application, circuit, device, and process simulation. Layout, design of experiments, measurements, and analysis of trial results. Development of process platforms, establishment and re-use of design rules and functional blocks to reduce TTM and maximize RFT design.
