Overview: Our client, a global organization specializing in the design and manufacture of retail fixtures and fittings, is looking to join their team to work with clients to design store fit outs. This is an excellent opportunity to excel your design career with future progression available. Role & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain engineering drawings and specifications to the customer's needs. Use the Product Lifecycle Management system to complete drawings. Attend client meetings. Liaise with project managers and manufacturing team throughout the product prototype process. Produce detailed reports from meetings regarding key points. Specify best materials for the project. Liaise with clients regarding specific requirements. Create installation manuals. Update planning schedules. Essential Skills & Experience:
2+ years working in a similar position. Experience in designing products. Driving license. Confidence to speak to clients. Degree in a relevant field. Experience with AutoCAD/Solidworks/Adobe Suite. Experience with SketchUp. Experience with a PLM system. Team player. Package:
