What You Will Do:

Spearhead the design and development process of systems, from concept to production, incorporating advanced technologies. Manage serial development projects, ensuring a seamless transition from prototype to mass production while maintaining cost-effectiveness. Conduct technical analysis and feasibility studies to optimise product designs for performance and manufacturability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities in the air filtration market. Oversee prototyping and testing phases, ensuring products meet regulatory standards and customer requirements. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance and reliability. What You Will Bring:

A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools. A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, particularly sheet metal construction. Hands-on experience with prototyping and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a good foundation in electrical understanding of 3 phase machinery and equipment. Industry Information:
