Design Executive

to join our Brand Design team at our Support Centre in Swindon. The main purpose of a Design Executive is to manage and support the production and delivery of in-store navigational POS materials. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from initial concept, art working, print and final delivery and installation in stores. (Please note, this is not a Designer role; you will not be responsible for any design or artwork) What you will be doing

Supporting the Design Manager in the delivery of marketing creative solutions in keeping with Brand Standards Receiving briefs from Buyers (Travel Sector and International Sector) and provide stores with what is needed/requested Liaising with stakeholders, to ensure correct information received and everyone aware of stages the projects is at to avoid any ambiguity Briefing designers and artworkers, ensuring the creative and brand approval process is followed Setting up and managing workload to deliver all projects within budget and on time, ensuring stakeholders are kept abreast of all developments Ensuring approved designs are followed through from mock-up to final artwork What we are looking for

Campaign management experience gained within a design, marketing, advertising, photography, artwork or print environment (in-house or agency considered) Excellent project management skills, including: effective organisation and planning with high levels of attention to detail Highly developed communication and relationship building abilities Self-starter with initiative to get things done efficiently, accurately and to tight deadlines Ability to manage a high volume of workload at different stages within the process, organised and able to work under pressure Good working knowledge of PC Microsoft including Excel, Word and PowerPoint How we reward our teams
